Moreover, we deal with each fund individually and look for practical ways to make the administration process as efficient and  productive as possible. We structure our fund administration to meet our clients needs.

Services we provide include:

• Assist with the structuring and establishment of the Fund e.g. any listing or regulatory requirements
• Daily management & administration: valuation services, establishing & maintaining a shareholder register
• Ensuring the fund is administered within the terms of the offer document, calculation of the NAV etc.
• Provision of directors
• Bookkeeping, account preparation, secretarial function
• Shareholder due diligence
• Reporting fund performance and shareholder investment activity
• Co-ordination of fund audits

Formation services include:

• Managing and submission of the application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission (or relevant authority)
• Facilitating and managing negotiation of the Fund documentation
• Appointment of key individuals
• Establishment of, related companies and special purpose vehicles
