* special fees are charged for work not included within the annual fee, which incorporates:

a) fiduciary responsibility, asset management, Secretarial and book keeping / accounts preparation.

b) Director responsibility and asset management, Secretarial and book keeping / accounts preparation.

Additional third party costs may also be chargeable e.g. Professional and Statutory.

These are minimum standard fees that relate to our normal business operations, but should a particular piece of business incur greater volume of work than anticipated, then additional fees may apply.
